The application states if they approve the application but I do not execute a lease then I forfeit the good faith deposit and have to pay a penalty of first month's rent. im building a castle for an aquarium, the castle is made out of styrofoam, and im grouting it with non sanded polyblend grout. i need to seal it and since its going underwater, i need a 100% non toxic acrylic sealer. i was looking at a video on lizard-landscapes.com and he uses a product called Shields-all.. but to ship it is too expensive.. im wondering if there is another sealer that works just as well. im also thinking of mixing aquarium sealer and water .. let me know if you have any specific sealants that will do what i need i've checked Rona, and home depot.. theres only 1 lowe's in my area so i havent checked there yet

How can I save this plant? It's a Rhoeo?

Hi, I bought a Rhoeo from walmart. I could tell my looking that it had obviously been very over watered but I though I would take it home and try to save it. I putted off as much of the rotten roots as I could, but this left it with hardly any roots at all. I also pulled off a couple of the shoots it had to it's side because each one kinda had it's own little root that looked pretty good. I put the shoots in one pot and what was left of the plant in the other. I planted them in clay pots with a sandy potting mix hoping the dryer environment will help save it. I have only watered them once since I planted them in the new pots, now the leaves are turning brown and dried up looking starting at the tips and working there was up the leaves. I don't know if it needs more water, less water, or it it's just to far gone... any advice would be great. Thanks!

My son was born 11.15, and the tests for galactosemia show that the enzyme to metabolize galactose is well within range (it has to be greater than 40 mg, and it is 270 mg), but the galactose is still out of range (it has to be less than 15 mg, and it 15.5 mg). What could be the meaning of this? I am very scared of what his life could be only because no one in my family or my fiance's family has a metabolic disorder, and neither does my eldest son (2 yo). Is it the tests or what? Also - before this was known, he was on milk-based formula. In fact, he was put on it from day 1, and was on it for a week. Female betta about ready to let out eggs and male betta not finished with bubble nest?

I just got the male betta last week since the other male died (I was almost successful in making him breed...) and the female hates this male more than my last one. They are the same color but now the half moon tail male betta looks like a crowntail that got beat up. Yes I have been researching for a YEAR!!! I don't want stupid answers like "OH! You are NOT supposed to put male and female together!!!" But then how do they breed? Exactly. Long process. He's nearly finished with the bubble nest but the female seems to be beating him up harder as days p by. Unfortunately she's a bit bigger than his body alone without all his fins and tail. I started to have a different perspective in life, so I started working extremely hard. I reed alot of books such as World history encyclopedia, psychology, math, economics. Why do I get a rash after taking Nyquil?

So in the last few months I've taken Nyquil Cold & Flu Nighttime Relief (liquid) about 3 times, the first time my face broke out in a weird rash or some sort of hives, not my entire face but most of it, last time I don't think it did anything, but this time I took a little less because there wasn't much left in the bottle and now only certain parts of my face are splotchy after taking it, the first time it went away after about 30 min. and now it's still here an hour later. Can I finalize my divorce in Iraq?

On June 22 I bought 2 female dwarf hamsters. They lived together and never fighted but they hardly ever interacted, only sometimes. After 4 separated days, I reunited them and they are inseparable. They never fight and cuddle. The female walks all over the male, since she is so much bigger, but he doesn't mind. Why is the tip of my off colour and it smells too?

A symptom of hypothyroidism is muscle and joint aches, so yes it can cause a foot problem. I have had heel pain when not on the right dosage of thyroid medication. The situation is a bit complicated so allow me to explain. Question about credit?

I have an outstanding & delinquent balance of $4600 to my former school- long story short, they never put it into a federal loan even though I'd done all the paperwork, then demanded I pay them the balance in full when I graduated 2 & a half yrs ago. I haven't been able to give them the thousands of dollars I owe outright & have since done nothing. It has been a mark on my credit for over 2 years. Now my school is offering to settle for half the amount, but I only have 2 weeks to pay it in full. They said once I pay it, they will report to the credit agencies that it is paid, but it will still be a negative report on my credit. I've heard that once you pay something off, it will stay on your credit report for 7 years from the day you paid it off. Which would basically mean if I don't, it should be off my credit in 4 & a half years. Is this true? What's the best approach to something like this?

Worried about baby's health...?

I am 18 years old and 15 weeks pregnant. I have had two miscarriages in the past from involuntary situations. I am in very poor health overall, I have horrible hormonal imbalances, as well as a whole host of gastrointestinal issues. I have a fair amount of medical training but wanted other's advice on what I can do to keep my baby healthy throughout the pregnancy. I'll admit to having deplorable grades from 1st-8th grade but for the past two years, (9th &10th grade) I've gotten nothing but A's and B's. My GPA was a 3.8 or something. Then out of nowhere, last semester I got not one but two D's. One in Algebra II and one in AP English lang. & composition. Now I got a GPA of 3.5. It may be hard to move on but I have also had a big embarring moment that I cringe about now even though it was about 8 months ago. I thinks its best to try not to think about it. The more you dwell on it, the worse it seems. I have tried to move on form my experience but it still haunted me for about three months after and I was POSITIVE that everyone was talking about it but they weren't. My friend has not had a job since 2008. He has looked but not very long or was too lazy to look for one. He talks to ladies on the internet most of the time. He has met a few ladies from the net. So I call and the phone goes to voice mail. He will call back about two hours later. His reason was he was taking a nap while the lady drives.
