Is Window "Sweating" normal?

The warranty is for moisture between the window pane (between the two pieces of gl), having moisture on the windows is an issue of humidity in your house and has nothing to do with the builder. Are you running hot shower or some form where the humidity is building up. You can run a dehumidifier if this is the case.
