Wow 60-day pre-paid game card problem?

i got a game card and just scratched it off and it has twenty five numbers instead of twenty six and its XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX INSTEAD OF THE OTHER ONE. just got it 3 days ago any any way could i fix it do i just call blizzard and tell them or what do i do.
