When was your turing point in your working career?

I'm 27 now. I've been working for the same compnay for 5 years out of college. I feel like if I really want to make a big change in careers this is my last chance (I'm just a general business major so I'm flexible with job types and career types) Anyway, please tell me your story. Did you know what you wanted to do at 27? When was your turing point?
