I really need Dwarf Hamster help?

On June 22 I bought 2 female dwarf hamsters. They lived together and never fighted but they hardly ever interacted, only sometimes. About 4 days ago, I realized that one of them was a boy because of the mid-stomach scent gland. I separated them. I am pretty sure the female is pregnant. After 4 separated days, I reunited them and they are inseparable. They never fight and cuddle. The female walks all over the male, since she is so much bigger, but he doesn't mind. When the babies come, will the boy be nice or eat the babies? Should I take the wheel out when the babies come? Should I separate them again? I am new to raising a pregnant hamster so I need help.
