Trying to get pregnant need help?

Been trying to get pregnant now for little over a year and we have had no luck.... My wife misses her time and when we think i maybe be something it comes back 2 to 3 weeks later nothing ... Its making it ruff on our marriage.... Can anyone help me with things to try
