Help I'm getting bad grades! How will it look?

I'll admit to having deplorable grades from 1st-8th grade but for the past two years, (9th &10th grade) I've gotten nothing but A's and B's. My GPA was a 3.8 or something. Then out of nowhere, last semester I got not one but two D's. One in Algebra II and one in AP English lang. & composition. Now I got a GPA of 3.5. Only I'm currently flunking both math and AP english (I do not know how to pull the grade up. I'm completely lost ): My GPA is going to take a deep dive unless I think of something quickly. (Not to mention having to make up credits in summer-school ): Will this ruin my chances of attending college?
