My sister's loose tooth. Can you give me some ways how to get it out?

My mom is at work and can't deal with her tooth right now. We've run out of apples and corn, she won't let me do string, and she shrieks when I try to twist or pull her tooth. Help me! Gives me ideas of how to pull this thing out!
