Why is the tip of my off colour and it smells too?

For past two months I've noticed that the tip of my is brownish in colour and is a bit wrinkled. I've noticed strange odour (not very potent) that wasn't there before. It doesn't couse any pain. What could it be? I've been tested for STD's and results came negative.
