What does it mean if a guy says I have big eyes?

Don't be naive lol...he was interested in you! And you don't have to be making eye contact with a person for them to see your eyes!?! He thinks your eyes are beautiful, and he wouldn't have asked who you were if you hadn't made a positive impression. So...are you interested in him?
