How do i get the sign in program for my explorer toolbar? Allows easy switching between yahoo acounts?

i remember having this program some time ago and it allowed me to store all my user names and pwords for all of my yahoo and sbc global accounts. I havent seen or found this tool in yahoo toolbar. and cant seem to find it in any searchs ive done.
