The Green Bay Packers are shifting their Defense from a 4-3 to a 3-4, will they be a better D?

Dom Capers is hired as D-coordinator and Kevin Greene was brought in to help coach the linebackers, I think this should get the Defense moving into at least playoff contention if not further.
