I need some reurance on my slim thighs wish?

Okay so I'm doing leg targeting exercises, along with some cardio(walking and jumping rope), I'm also changing my diet: veggies, fruits, brown rice, water, lentils, and lean chicken. I just want to know, that if I stick to this faithfully, will I actually see results? Will I get slim and hot legs in about a month? Will it actually work?
