Scary warning on a Halloween decoration?

I ordered a fake bloody brain from party city.com it's from the meat market line where body parts are placed in styrofoam containers that resemble meat you'd get at a grocery store a href="http://www.partycity.com/product/brain+meat+market.do?search=basic&keyword=brain&sortby=priceAscend&page=1" rel="nofollow"http://www.partycity.com/product/brain+m…/a i was freaked out to see a small warning label on the back stating the state of California believes there is a chemical into known in it to cause cancer or reproductive harm what I'm wondering is should i be worried of using it as a decoration? could it cause harm to the kids at my little sisters party?? (yeah i know it´s past halloween but my sister´s 15th birthday party is themed a night to dismember and is early in november) so yeah should i return that decoration or something by the way i´m not in california i´m in texas.
