What does medicaid or healthy family start pay for tube tied?

I am wondering what kind the goverment insurance pay for woman that want to get their tubes tied. Or healthy family start. I forgot want kind of insurance I was on when I got my tubes tied. Back of March 2009 I got my tubes tied. I know I will ask my doctor that did it when I go see him again for my yearly pap smear. I thought I was done having kids. I found a new man and he wants to have his own kids. He would adopt mine. So I know I would need to get them untied to have more children. I know it cost a lot of money. Thanks
