Can you transfer Oblivion GOTY Saves from one PS3 to another?

you have to copy the saves from ur friends ps3 onto a thumbdrive or memory card and stick it in the ps3 if it wont copy try backing it up under settings>system settings.after all that save it on urs it is possible i have tried it
