I am Ethiopian. I entered Russia for education before 8 months. When we make the agreements with university first i accepted the money the payments. And i payed all the needed using the help of my fathers friend living in Germany.. But now for the coming September they stated a new law. The past year for education per a year it was 65000 rubles but the coming September 82000 rubles. For hostel also it was 600 rubles but the coming September 1200 rubles. and my fathers friend said me that he can not help me now!!! he so kind he helped me many. You know every body i have no brother or sister in the world. I lost both of my parents . I think that every body is my brother. Before i did not feel lonely. I am social .But now every thing is not good.I have a great problem also in my country Ethiopia. before i was a refugee in Sudan. i have a refugee small card written by Arabic. So now my university told me if i do not pay the money on the coming week they will sent me to Ethiopia. So can i get any humanitarian help in Russia? My university know about my parents. But if i ask help in the region where i am currently living what they will say me? How can i meet UNHCR. united nations high commissioner for refugees.????? and if i find can they accept me? please i prefer to kill me self rather than to return back to Ethiopia. I need you kind informational help.
