DFS, CSL - Would You buy? Have You bought?

I have bought from Harvey's in the past and have been happy enough (but I've never had any reason to deal with them after the sale) In the process of buying a new sofa now and have decided to avoid the big chains as I think the majority of them offer terrible after sales service - am looking to buy from a local retailer or a small online retailer who state clearly upfront what they do and don't do after the sale - much easier when you can go in and reason with the shop owner.. but that's only my opinion
