Ped out in building and broke my 3 front teeth and had concussion Who can/is held responsible to pay bill?

Not the building owners or insurance. They were not responsible for your ping out and were not negligent in any way. Also dont see any malpractice here. They drew blood and that is all. Seems like it was no ones fault but looks like you would be responsible for you own medical billls.
