Is there a formula to derive the PCV from the haemoglobin value of a cat?

In humans, the PCV and hematocrit are roughly 3x the haemoglobin grams%. It is a general rule of thumb, and most likely it would still be applicable to your cat. In your case, it would be about 23% (which is certainly low, since your cat is anemic after all).
